Chicago, IL |
SortRite is a just-in-time automotive parts sorting business that offers human capital to automotive manufacturers including Honda of America. The company, based in Chicago, has engaged MSBD to serve as its virtual marketing department. MSBD is also supporting the Global Automotive Conference in Kentucky this spring (April 22, 2008) where SortRite has a significant leadership role.
Channel Marketing
MSBD has been driving new leads through a telemarketing phone bank. SortRite, with offices in Central Ohio near Marysville, and Northwest Kentucky near Lexington, asked our firm to generate a script, provide telephone operators and make calls to leads from USA Leads and Manufacturers News guides. MSBD learned that the CFO makes decision on outsourcing rather than QA.
Additionally, MSBD has proposed an automotive industry advisory board working with a former Ford Motor exec and now angel capitalist in the Washington region.
Public Relations
MSBD has written and placed stories about SortRite in the Lexington daily newspaper and Shelbyville, KY weekly as well as items in the Louisville area. These stories lead to strong hiring in the region.
MSBD also visited Toyota Motor Manufacturing of America (TMMA) to conduct on site market research about Keiretsu and JIT. Our team helped open doors to potential new contracts in the Lexington area.
