Acclereon is a technology company focused on the information security and regulatory compliance market delivering specialized compliance due diligence software and building a third-party regulatory compliance clearinghouse service. Acceleron has engaged MSBD for funding, public relations and sales channel development work.
Funding
MSBD has supported Acceleron’s seed stage funding round of $3 to $5 million in a multifaceted strategy: preparing investment marketing materials, attendance at Venture Fairs, and individual meetings with angel and venture capital investors.
MSBD also initiated M&A discussions with a larger software development company to potentially incorporate the Diligence compliance solution in its broader offering.
Public Relations
MSBD has provided high visibility for Acceleron in government IT publications and in homeland security journals. These placements have included Federal Computer Week, Homeland Security Today magazine and 9-11 Magazine to date. MSBD has also supported Acceleron at industry events and in obtaining industry analyst quotes for future publication. MSBD provided access to decision-makers and introductions at the Fed 100 Awards celebration. MSBD has provided introductions for compliance software installations with top systems integrators like Northrop Grumman and with companies seeking a back-end clearinghouse of compliance intelligence.
